Delivery Timelines vary for different products and delivery locations. Most orders are fulfilled within 7-60 business days.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the warehouse for dispatch within 3 to 7 business days after the order is placed.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 60 business days (subject to stock availability, supplier location and customer location) to arrive at their destination.
Undelivered or Lost Packages
In the event of a failed delivery attempt due to incomplete or incorrect shipping address, or even doorstep refusal, the product will automatically be returned back to our source warehouse. Any re-attempts or refunds will only be actioned after we receive the product and make contact with the customer to investigate the issue. In case your package is lost in transit, the shipping carrier will inform us and we will re-dispatch a fresh shipment.
Issues with Shipping and Delivery
Sometimes the carrier might prematurely mark orders as ‘Delivered’ leading to confusion at the customer’s end. In such events, you can either contact us or the carrier directly to resolve the issue. In the unlikely event of a delay in shipping your order, you are allowed to contact us via email and ask for an exact status of your order.
